All you need to make this mouthwatering summer tart is seasonal fruit, puff pasty and honey. It doesn't get simpler than that. Also it's a great dessert to whip up when you don't want to spend much time cooing in the kitchen.
This simple and beautiful tart is a great way to use up some of the fruits you have at home. For this recipe I used fresh peaches and blueberries but you can use any stone fruit combination you like. I have made this recipe with nectarines, plums, apples and pears. Rest assured it's always a hit. Using store bought puff pastry makes it an effortless sweet treat.

Easy and delicious Peach and Blueberry Tart with Honey
Ingredients
1 Puff pastry sheet
3 cups peaches, sliced
1/2 cup blueberries
3 tablespoons honey
Instructions
Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a bowl, toss sliced peaches, blueberries and honey.
Place puff pastry on slightly greased baking sheet.
Pour fruit mixture in the middle of puff pastry, leaving a half inch border.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until puff pastry is golden brown.
Cool before serving.
