This healthy and delicious hummus and vegetable platter makes a great addition to any party, or a filling snack anytime of the day. I especially love this hummus platter because it's super easy to put together with just a few ingredients.
How to make a hummus and vegetable platter
Ingredients:
Hummus
Terra chips
Romaine lettuce
Grape tomatoes
Cucumber, sliced
Carrots
Marinated roasted peppers
Marinated artichoke hearts
Green olives
Sweet peppers
Instructions:
Place hummus and Terra chips in the middle of a large plate.
Add vegetables. Arrange them around the hummus and chips.
Fill in any open spaces with artichoke hearts, olives and grape tomatoes.
